Bobby's diverse background places him in a unique class of leaders who have operated cyber security programs across highly regulated industries and the healthcare value chain, spanning life sciences, biotechnology, pharmaceuticals, healthcare providers, and payer organizations.

Bobby has held Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) roles at large Fortune 500 companies where has been responsible for leading global information security, information technology risk, and privacy assurance programs and overseeing the security of the manufacturing plants (MES, ICS, IoT, SCADA).

Bobby's career is marked by his extensive experience in cybersecurity leadership roles, having held positions at multiple firms. Throughout his career, he has supported regulated environments and has extensive experience securing traditional Information Technology and Operational Technology environments. He played a key role in Operation Warp Speed, the federal effort to accelerate multiple COVID-19 vaccine candidates, and worked closely with the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency within the U.S. Department of Homeland Security.

As a CISO, Bobby's dedication to fostering collaboration across various industries is not just a professional obligation but a personal mission. He firmly believes that inclusion and diversity should be the foundation of any information security program and the broader cybersecurity community. He understands that building diverse teams is a strategic response to the industry's shortage of available skills and the growing risks posed by an increasingly global economy and threat landscape.

Bobby started his career in the late 1990s and trained in Cisco's Networking Academy. He has deep expertise in information technology and holds a bachelor's degree in computer science and information technology and a master's in information security and business information systems from Boston University. Bobby brings an in-depth understanding of the mission-critical strategic, reputational, compliance, and regulatory role cybersecurity plays in technology, digital transformation, and protecting physical, customer, and data assets in regulated and quickly evolving technology landscapes.
