Vijayaraj Chakravarthy is the Executive Chairman of EsperShield. He is also the President of Esper Group of companies.

In his entrepreneurial journey, Vijay founded Predigle, an American multi-national company focused on building a disruptive AI technology platform called “Pi”. Predigle Intelligence or "Pi", a full-fledged SaaS platform activates data and makes it actionable and monetizable for businesses. The platform aims at revolutionizing the way businesses conduct their daily operations. Predigle has grown rapidly to offer a multitude of products and services, while serving as the foundational entity for the entire Esper Group of companies.

Prior to that, Vijay served as the Senior Vice President at GalaxE Group. He was the head of a large Strategic Business Unit (SBU) and was a member of the Executive Leadership team, responsible for the growth of large healthcare client accounts with strategic and operational responsibility for all services delivered.

Vijay’s expertise in creating and supporting the digital solutions, necessary to deliver revenue and profitability, can be attributed to his focus on collaboration, subject matter expertise, and technology agnostic approach to drive solutions. His responsibilities include planning and implementation of enterprise systems of his SBU in support of business operations to improve cost transparency and effectiveness, service quality and business performance. He thrives on driving innovation to solve customer’s key organizational challenges and serve as subject matter expert for advice on technology platforms and solutions. He is passionate about solving industry problems with automation methods and agile execution. He embraces artistic engineering to build and deliver transformative solutions and products, assuring customer delight. His leadership style focuses on developing positive environment, teamwork, passionate culture and entrepreneurial mindset.

He enjoys spending time with his family – his wife Uma and his son Vallabh. He loves doing tech-inspired DIY projects. He has a green thumb to nurture organic gardens. He likes to binge-watch TV serials and movies at my spare time. He likes to play badminton and recently exploring the world of Tennis.
